“I started to drink raw milk two years ago and since then I haven’t had any allergies that have been torturing me all my life!”
“Since I stopped drinking pasteurized milk and switched to raw milk all my gastrointestinal problems disappeared! And to think I was convinced I was lactose intolerant…”
“My daughter’s asthma symptoms improved tremendously for the past 6 months and I am convinced they will disappear completely…she drinks raw milk every day now.”
These were the type of stories you could hear from people attending the Camping with the Cows event at Organic Pastures in Fresno, CA. Everybody there had their own story to share. It was no surprise to me, since as a natural health practitioner I can actually see and study the health impact of raw milk in people. It is REAL. I also saw it in my personal and my daughter’s health.
Plus, all these testimonials are backed up now by solid scientific studies that have proved the health benefits of RAW, GRASS FED DAIRY, due to its biodiversity of beneficial bacteria that strengthens the immune system.
Two major reference studies are the PARSIFAL (Prevention of Allergy — Risk Factors for Sensitization in Children Related to Farming and Anthroposophic Lifestyle) and GABRIELA studies (Multidisciplinary Study to Identify the Genetic and Environmental Causes of Asthma in the European Community [GABRIEL] Advanced Study). These studies revealed that children who grow up in environments that afford them a wide range of microbial exposures, such as traditional farms, are protected from childhood asthma and atopy.(1)
Researchers from Indiana, Switzerland, and Germany ran surveys and tests on Swiss and US children aged 6-12 years and submitted their results to the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology last month.
Because the Amish emigrated from Switzerland, and are thus genetically similar, the team compared Northern Indiana Amish farm children with today’s Swiss kids. Though rural kids are known to be healthier than city kids, the team found that the Amish have a superior immune response to allergens and asthma than even Swiss farm kids have.
“Finally a health professional in America conducted research into the low incidence of allergies among farm kids,” said Kimberly Hartke, publicist for the Weston A. Price Foundation in an email to Food Freedom News. “This research validates what European researchers have already discovered: Raw milk is health-promoting.”(2)
Indeed, there is no surprise when people like this mother I met at the event, share their story and you can see on their faces how grateful they are to finally know better…Her daughter struggled with allergies and asthma. After endless, unsuccessful visits to the doctor, here is how she solved her health problems for good:
Here is another video with a father of three, that thought for a long time he was lactose intolerant. Through trial and error, experimenting with different dairy products, he finally found the answer to his uncomfortable gastrointestinal symptoms. Now the whole family consumes raw milk.
Do you have some personal stories to share about your experience with DAIRY PRODUCTS? Would love to hear them all!
